Restocking Policy

Warranty

All new parts sold by Martins will have the warranty provided by the manufacturer and will be honored at time of purchase.  For detailed product warranty information, please contact your perferred dealership's parts department.  

Returns

All new, unused, or defective parts or merchandise can be returned to your perferred dealership's parts department within 30 days of purchase.  All returns must be in new condition (excluding warranty returns).  All returns other than warranty returns could incur up to a 20% restocking fee depending on the type of part purchased. Returns beyond 30 days of purchase will be accepted at the discretion of the parts manager and could incur a restocking fee greater than 20%.  No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. 

Shortages and Claims

Please check your order at time of reciept to insure you have received the proper part and correct quanity. If the incorrect part was processed or you recieved the wrong amount of goods, contact your perferred dealership's parts department and we will gladly correct your order without restocking or additional fees.
